Default One person with a good reason...

is the one having to get rabies shots this week, after getting bitten by a rabid fox.
A low velocity gun might have helped him.
Some metro areas see a lot of rabid animals.

Some pipsqueak bb hand gun would have done nothing at all to a rabid fox! The saying use enough gun should have precluded the OP from pursuing such a question, especially after the weak explanation provided.
