Default Benjamin Trail NPXL1500 HELP

I looked for a proper place to put this. I figured this was ok since i saw a older thread in here about airguns in gerneral.
The company I work for bought a Benjamin trail npxl 1500 air rifle scoped with a Center point scope. they asked me to sight it in for them. OK! gettin paid to shoot targets! every time i have the gun sighted in close to perfect it changes. one or two shots i am almost in the ring then it is off by many inches to left then right!! using Gamo .177 magnum lead pellets. The first target was set up at 25yrds then moved to 30yrds. Now here is the funny thing. there is a 4x4 post in the ground 60yrds away. I found a landmark on the post to aim for. dang it i almost hit it perfect! then all the other shots are either to the left or the right again. I am rested on two bails of hay locked in at cheek, shoulder and elbow to knee and i am very easzily holding on the bullseye..
anyone please suggestions so i can get this dang thing sighted in! heck my 1187 sighted in faster than this dang thing!

thanks

Mine did the same. there is said to be a break-in period for new air rifles where this will happen
