making offset jaws

Default making offset jaws

i have access to a cutting torch.could i cut the jaws enough to make them offset.and if so,how long and deep should the cuts be?i have duke 1.5s.thanks so much!

Even If you were able to get a good clean cut, I think the jaws would be to thin in the cut area and would bend or break. You could just buy replacement offset jaws. I use OS and non OS jaws for fox and coyote and dont see much difference.
