Sheridan,
CLOSE! I was 17 there, just turned 19, and that was my senior prom ride. '52 chevy deluxe, inline 6
dual cherry bomb rears and 2 straight pipes on the side. Fully restored inside and out and about classy as it gets. The orange truck is a 40 GMC, 4 on the floor, restored inside and out (of course). I actually drove that truck 90 miles in 100 degree heat hauling a fully restored 8N ford on the back without a hiccup. The white, red, and purple 379s have all seen over 1 million miles; 2 18spds and 1 10, 2 60 series detroits, and one kitty cat. The 550 horse cat is amazing. Old purple was recently lent to a young area driver that confused 2 highways west of Laramie and it's no longer with us; however, we ought to be putting its guts in another shell. The 8870 pulls a 42ft implement at over 7 mph with EASE and can cover up to around 300 acres on a good day.
