Gotta get you a "screamer" primos makes many good calls and most come with instructional dvds, the lil dawg, ki yi, and catnip are some of my favorites. I love the catnip call they make and it markets around $15 bucks.

I call in a lot of coyotes simply by making a rabbitt squealing noise by pressing wet lifs to the back of my hand and sucking. Sounds funny but it really works. I've been doing this since I was a kid. My Cherokee great-grandfather taught me the technique.

In the right hands, any call on the market will call coyotes. There is simply not a "best" out there. So many different sounds can be used to call predators, that you really need to get several different calls and practice with them.
Also remember, predators will come to a call for several different reasons, such as curiousity, hunger, territorial, etc. Learn to trigger thier instincts, and you'll do just fine.
