Do i have to wait until the first frost before i can kill squirrels to eat,my friend swears you can't eat them if they have a "wolf" in them.My season opens Oct 1. thanks

It is best to wiate untile the first frost.
But if they don't have any bugs under the skin, its ok to eat them.
