I had heard a rumor that someone was goin to make a 22/410 again. anyone else heard anything bout this.
I have one of the older ones. one of the last ones made by savage i believe.

I have one that's had a few birthdays, still shoots good. After about 60yards the 22 bullet goes sideways, I think my dad had the barrel drilled back in the 70s.

I wish they would make one that was not a single shot, that would be a nice gun.

Your right, but in this day and age you'd think some guy that's smarter than I am could figure a way to do it ya know. They can put stuff on mars,, they should be able to make a multi shot over-under.

I can not find it but a few years back there was a company that made an over/under which was basically an AR with a 12 gauge mounted below it like a grenade launcher would be.

Yes there was one and it is called a "Crossfire" It's a 223 under a 12 ga pump shotgun. The 223 loads from a magazine. The 12 ga loads from a cylinder running through the stock. There were only about 1500 made. I understand the 223 is not too accurate.

It would be more useful to make it as a .22 over a 20 gauge. I like the 410 as a squirrel gun, but a 20 gauge increases your options in terms of range or shooting them when the trees are still full of leaves.
Think they already do .22 mag over a 20 gauge.

they also make .223/.12ga. its a survival gun. i havent seen one in years though.
