Dude If you have a .22 or .22 magnum any one of them will work fine. Just get a head shot or perfectly behind the shoulder. Or with the .243 get a head shot, In my experience with deer it will put a huge hole in them but will not exit, but not so with yotes.

In most cases, you'll probably have an exit hole with the 80 grainers. How big that hole is will depend on what the bullet hits on the way through, how far the shot was, the angle of the shot, etc. IF you take shots with the coyote facing you and center punch it, you'd probably have no exit hole.
One of my local calling buddys uses a .243 all the time with 55 gr. nosler BT's. He doesn't always get an exit, but when he does it's almost always big.
