Freakin awesome...I would LOVE to kill a black yote for a full body mount.

The blacks usually have had a little dog added to their bloodlines somewhere along the way.

My taxidermist did up an awesome mount with a couple yellow yotes and a black one in the middle; they make gorgeous mounts!

Them are nice! Have never taken or seen a black one, would love to catch one and tan it. Nice Job! Heres a real nice coloredone that I tanned.

thats awesome! I seen one black one when I was 13, 3 years ago and took a shot at it running but i hit a tree! lol

I have one fullbody mounted and it's nice,but I was just noticing that the one's that you killed do not have long fur like a normal coyote they are shorter furred than normal for this time of year,I killed mine in january and he had short fur also,it must be something in the blood line.congrats on trapping 3 of them,you should get one full body mounted it is a rare trophy that many people will never see in the wild!!

here in pa i saw a black one killed and a friend of mine has trapped three so far this year. and thats what we have come to the conclusion of. we call em coydogs. never knew there we so many of them until this year. what an impact they are havin on skunk trapping not to mention the deer herd.... kill em all men!!!

too cool. Ive never seen yotes that dark. Most we get are yellow ones with dark patches.
