No doubt, try calling him in. canine pup crys work good this time of year. If you do kill it the DNR would probeblly do tests on it to see just what it is

I would hunt him if I could, but, It is on a buddies lease and I cant hunt it..But he will shoot it if he gets a chance, but it will have to just come by him while he is deer hunting, cause he doesnt call or trap!!!!!

No such thing as a coydog? maybe not in Mi. , but it does happen alot in some of the southern states , Mo. has a big problem with the coydog mix. They are way more bold than a coyote, and tend to take more big stock than coyotes do.

I know we have them in Southern IL. too! Yes they are bold and will just stand and watch you walk by!

I'd guess that you've never heard of the dogote either? A coydog is the hybrid from a male coyote mating with a female domestic dog, and the dogote is the hybrid that is the result of a female coyote breeding with a male domestic dog!
