Olympics Arms are one of the only ones that are made in house. Pretty much all the other companys buy there parts from vendors. You can't go wrong with any of the big names. I myself have a CMMG lower, RRA lower parts with a NM 2-stage trigger, and a Bushmaster Varminter upper. It shoots 1/2" with UltraMax ammo, I can't wait until I start to tune a load for it.

I found this interesting link today. The same thing that my buddies brand new bushy was doing.

The Bushmaster AR-15 is an excellent choice. But you can find many high quality AR's like Rock Island like was mentioned/Colt. I've found some AR's don't like the cheap Wolf russian ammo for target shooting..but you wouldn't want to use that on coyotes anyway.Get one now before the November election just in case..

I have an A-3 (removable handle) withthe handle off and a low mounted fixed 4X nikkon. I love it. I added a bull brrl, which as far as I can tell just makes it heavier to carry...if I did it again I would opt fora shorty brrl and the lightest diameter I could find. If you want a bench gun, get a bench gun! Before anyone starts sending pics of targets I know ARs are more accurate than I can shoot, I just think there are better platforms for building long range guns.
