Default 7mm for coyote?

Does anyone or would anyone use a 7mm to hunt coyotes, if so what is their max range?

I'll assume you mean 7mm Rem Mag. If so it will kill a coyote a long ways out, 1000 yards no problem if you can hit 'em.

7 mag will pull them inside out and hang them up to dry...

Big, you'll tear it up pretty bad.

On whitetails, usually my 7 mag entrance hole is large enough for the average index finger, exit hole is large enough for 2 or 3 average fingers to fit easily.

Large bullet+ lots o'velocity = Big hole.

You would be better off to find a good FMJ bullet for it...

FMJ stands for full metal jacket. It won't expand on impact. It should go in 7mm and come out 7mm.
