I know Dennis Kirk offers fawn in distress, along with about every other imaginable sound on cassette tape. But, I'm sure it is possible to make your own. Try it, nothing much to loose!! I've never tried it, I use hand calls.

this is what i believe, predator tapes are not realy that expensive and most of us do not have the type of equipment it takes to produce crisp, clean tapes or cd's.some of the old store bought tapes are not very clean and this is one reason i think e-callers do not work as well as hand calls.now today they have digitaly remasterd tapes that are much better quality and have elimanated much of the bleed thru noise and white noise.as howler said, dinse kirk and johnny stewart have just about any sound you could want.kirks tapes can be viewed at www.huntsmart.com and stewarts at www.johnnystewart.com
