I recently starting hunting coyote's. Actually took my 1st with a bow while deer hunting. Anyways the area I hunt has many yotes and they are killing all the pheasents. I have been looking for a call but can't seem to find any at the local Wall-Mart, K-Mart.
Any ideas, I live in Central Iowa.
Thanks,

You can get them at Gander Mountain and other large sporting goods stores, Fleet Farm, and even my little local sport/bait shop has them. Support your local sport shop...I bet they'd order what you want.

i agree with supporting your local shop but somtimes they get a little out of hand on prices and or don't carry what you want..if ya don't have a problem with mail order or internet sales try some of these places....... www.huntsmart.com www.callingcoyotes.com www.johnnystewart.com .this is just to name a few,the calls at that calling coyotes site are by randy anderson, dan thompson, tal lockwood and bill austin and are all good ones.the red desart howler is also on this site and is a very good howler.denise kirk has his calls at that hunt smart site(nite lite corp) and alot of his are good ones.johnny stewart has a bunch of good ones to,its all a matter of personal preference.try an open reed call and see if you can use it,practice alot.if you can master the open reed you will be much better off.

Just to add to the good suggestions already listed, you can go to www.allpredatorcalls.com and see one heck of a variety of calls.
