How far away will a slingshot cleanly and effectively kill a squirrel. i was thinking of going equipted with a slingshot and a bow I already have got four this year with the bow but I could have got more if I could have shot up in the trees.

20-25 yards for most. Heavier ammo can go further. If you have a very good powerfull slingshot,you can go further. Just keep in mind that you need to have enough blunt force trauma to kill an animal, even if you hit him in the body and not in the head it has to do the job. You don't want to hit one and just make it all retarded or anything. Also keep in mind that a squirrel is a very small target, and very hard to hit.
