Default My first beaver

Caught my first beaver. 29 lbs. in a #3 Herters with a slide wire.
I'm pumped. I know there is at least one more out there.

I remember my first beaver like it was yesterday, it was shaved a lot neater than the one you caught.

Nice job on the flattail.
I never trapped a beaver although I have eaten some.

That is very true.. i am personally against trapping a beaver.. but i will gladly hold it hostage before i "tag" it and let her go..

Got my first beaver after marriage, of course, no really, my first wife came to a friends housewith me,and we both killed beavers on his pond. Dropped like a rock from my 6.5x55 Swede.

Default Nice Beaver!

I always recommend Frank Sinatra & a nice bottle of red wine. Frank's been keeping men in beaver since the 1940's! Plus, not many of today's beavers have been exposed...to Frank...well, to his music,... so he's even more effective than ever!
