I've never seen solid white ones, but once while deer hunting I saw 4 together in the pines, and two of them were white with black faces, feet, and tails. One of the other two was the regular colored gray and orange, and the last was solid black. I just wished I had something besides my .300 with me that morning. Those two white ones were the prettiest by far of any fox squirrels that I have ever seen.

when I was doing taxidermy work,I mounted a true white albion(with pink eyes).a little boy shot it and the squirrel lodged on a limb.the little boy walked home got a latter and went back and got his animal.
there is a place in central Fla. called (Yankee Town) there are a lot of white ones there.you can drive down Riverside Drive in late evening and see several.there is no hunting within several miles of there,so they are safe.
I am not a hunter I am a whitetail population reduction specialest
remember keep your back to the sun, your knife sharp, and your powder dry.
