I like night because they are really rare in the day time around where I live and plus hunting them at night with calls really makes for a suspensful hunt...I'm tellin you when I first heard a pack really "holler" it was honestly probably one of the creepiest things I have ever heard in my life...it will literally raise the hair on the back of your neck!

I like hunting them early morning or late evening. I do all my fox calling at night. Got two coyotes this morning And three gray foxs last night .

Don't have many coyotes respond during the day in my area... I have better luck at night... could also be that I have more time to spend hunting at night due to that dang work thing interfering with my hobbies.

I have my best luck with red foxfrom dusk to 9 pm.
