Im not real sure how to take this.
Espeasly that I had a post about this subject.
And all that replyed said it wouldn't work.

H15.Allow hunting coyotes at night useing red or amber lights
During a time that does not coincide with existing deer season.
Require coyote hunters hunting from elevated platforms during the day time
In any open deer season to use only the approved weapon for that season.
I like the first part.
But the second part is kinda weird.
I supose the use only approved weapon.
Would mean bows in bow season and
M/L in M/L season
And Gun in Gun season.
But to hunt coyotes during deer season to be required to hunt them,
From a elevated platform.
Must be a safety thing to keep people from being shot.
While moving around looking for coyotes.
So all NC Hunters you need to read all the
hunting & fishing changes for 2006.

jrsb...The second part...Means IF the hunter is in a elevated platform he MUST use the type weapon that is in season...This keeps guys from using their deer rifle from a deer stand and saying that they were hunting coyotes...
The same hunter can hunt coyotes from the ground and use whatever he wants...
