Default MMMM...YUM!

Just had my first squirrel of the season and it was as good as the last. Slow cooked in a crock pot all day. The back legs were a bit crispy but all in all it was darn good. Squirrel is one of those animals that at first tastes like chicken (in all seriousness) but after awhile you start to taste the differences. The next squirrel i plan on cooking slightly differently, i found a recipe on the internet that looks good.

good luck huntin' to all of ya!
