Default .243 Pelt Damage???

I am wondering what the pelt damage would be like if I use my .243 with 80 grain soft points on fox or coyotes? Or should I try different ammo. I wanna save the pelt for sale at auction.

I would go with the 100 grain sloid bullet. the soft or hollow type will do big time damage.
the lighter the bullet the more it will damage.I shoot the 80 grain PSP and it explodes on contact.
the 100's are not that easy to explode.they will also shot just as good out to 200 yards.
JMHO ; that what I would shoot.I have shot the 243 for about 30 years now.
