Ron- Yeah not many deer but they can be brutes in weight when you do find them. Berlin area is about an hour from the family camp up near Colebrook. Plymouth/ Campton area is nice it's about an hour...

I agree regarding the income statement. However all things are relevant. Our incomes in NH may be higher but so are all other costs associated with landownership. Still no matter how you slice it WV...

Cardeer- You know we all have different circumstances and needs. I'd move in a heartbeat to WV. But moving the family that distance and not having it go smooth can be devastating. Gorgeous country.
