So the way I see it, torque pressure on a BP has zero effect on accuracy or the amount of torque required for removal provided no fouling entered the thread interface to cause binding of the BP.

Then that's pretty much what I suspected. Firing the rifle, as long as no fouling is allowed into the threads, has no effect on the force needed to loosen the BP.
Of course that is only one test...

I'd just pour some hot soapy water down the bore (with a funnel) and let it set a while. Plug the flame channel with a spent primer or toothpick.
An hour or so should do it. Then try and get it off...

I guess so far the answer is no barnes. Is there a reason for this question or are you just curious? Do you believe consistent torquing will lead to better accuracy?
