A Merlin Supernova just about fits your bill. It is a tad longer than your wish list, but otherwise works. My Max Extreme is a nice shooter.

I really have to agree with Matt on this one. If 37.5" is too long for treestand work, how in the heck do guys with 66" and 68" recurves and longbows do it? I now consider 37" to be the minimum...
