I bet you are right abuot that EKM . Most who havent shot a big bore =dont know about serious wound channels.

The 45/70 is an excellent deer round with winchester 305 grain they punch a nice ,neat hole and lots of wallop. You dont need buffalo bore or garrett for whitetail . But they work well also. Dont be...
