Just look at the current "who's online". Usually more than half are bot names but since they dont post the policy is to allow it. Kinda obvious when you see half a dozen of these "registering now"...

And 90% or more of the ones ive looked at are just "spam link bots". I check the 'newest member" every time i logon, which is a few times a day. I think ive seen 2 that look like real members.
