Just a side note.....when I tested the bows I had my wife hand them to me so that I would not be biased. The Hoyt was obvious but otherwise I didn't know what I was holding. I tried not to look at it...

I looked at the allegiance too. The guy at the proshop recommended the tribute for hunting applications. A bit more foregiving and it is shorter.
Good luck with whichever you pick.

O.K here isa review........
I was lucky enough to find a proshop with most major Brands.
I own a Matthews Mq1 and was looking for an update. I went with an open mind and shot all three bows....
