I Use A Ruger M77 in the 270.cal. Very good cal for Mid Sized Deer. I Do want to try the 7mm rem mag and also the 338.cal for black bear here in n.c

I Had a Great Bow Season Here In N.c Filled Two Doe Tags And One Buck Tag. All Deer Where Taken In The 4:00- 6:00pm Time Range. Lookin To Fill Three more doe tags in Nov During the gun Season!!:)

Howdy, i Just Started Hunting Game land here in n.c. I Recomend Butner falls game land in Bunter for Bow Season. Great Deer!! The Down Side Is A REAL Short Gun Season only 7 days.
