Do a little research and you will see Maine has plenty of whitetail bucks in the 150 class. If you check http://mainesportsman.com youwill see some that have been taken in the gallery.

Sorry, can't help you on this one. There is approximately 17,000,000 acres of forested land in Maine, and a very big %age of it is owned by the paper companies, and is free to hunt on.

I know I wouldn't let the fact that I have deer as pets, stop me from putting the best venison in the world in my freezer.

I agree with the consensus.
I always say the more you know the less that old timber ghost will grow. But in this case it doesn't really matter what you know, other than it would be against the law...
