When I read about that, I wasn't happy. I'm still not. I don't have much experience with their rifle scopes, but the Nikon Force XR is the pistol scope I put on all my 100 yard+ hunting handguns because it's a great scope that can handle even the heaviest recoil, and although I may be in the minority here, its BDC reticle is nice for those longer shots. It helps, too, that it's less than $300.

Guess I'll have to look into that 3-12x32mm Burris pistol scope for my next Encore barrel.

EuroOptics has some huge discounts on the FX1000 line for almost half off. 4x16x50 FFP MOAs for $350. Smoking price on those scopes if you want to risk the possible warranty issue.

Natchez has some for huge savings too like the Monarch 3 2.5x10x42 for about $230.

@Tn Lone Wolf - just start using rifle scopes on your SP’s. You’ll be a lot happier than any pistol scope you’ve ever used.
