Most of my optics are Leupolds, with Burris, Vortex, Zeiss, and Nikon mixed in. To be honest, my experience with Nikon camera lenses wasn't met with their sporting optics. While I still have a Nikon spotter, it's a replacement for the original, and the process to obtain it from Nikon wasn't an experience I'll ever repeat. I've also sent two Burris scopes in under their warranty and had replacements back in less than two weeks on both occasions with no questions asked. My Vortexes, Leupolds, and a lone Zeiss have never had any issues.
Vortex's MOA reticle is probably busier than most hunters will ever have reason to take advantage of. I prefer a simple duplex on hunting rifles.
