Default Bushnell customer service

Just stating my experience with them. Had two older Bushnell Trophy scopes. One was on a rifle that I bought used and the other given to me for free. Both were fogging internally and one wouldn't keep zero. I realize these are cheap scopes thus both have been replaced with better glass. Wanted to see how Bushnell handled lifetime warranty on a cheap scope. Got both back. They fixed a leak on one and purged it and sent me a brand new Trophy XLT for the other. Not a bad warranty for cheap scopes.

consider yourself lucky. i delt with them a couple times this year and what a waste of time. the new banner series is to me poop. . if you can search the used market leupolds can be had for not much the cost of the new bushnells.

To get a scope for free with the purchase of a used rifle and then send it back and have them give you a brand new scope - in my book is not a bad deal.

If you abuse your scope - it will not last. If you take care of it, it will last several lifetimes.
