how much does it usually cost to go salt water fishin

It all depends what type you do. There are a couple options. Are you going inshore fishing or offshore fishing? Are you fishing for bottom fish or big game fish. There are alot of different factors that play in. It also depends on if you do a whole day or half a day.

i think we are doin off shore for a whole day but im not sure what we are gointo do yet

One more factor are you goin do a party boat or a private charter? Either way you go you looken at close to 300 or more would be my guess. Ive done charters in the past and there always expensive.

I do several each year out of Ocean City, MD or down near Hatteras, NC. For private charters, 6 person max, whole day tuna, marlin, etc. usually run upwards of $1,500. After all's said and done (gas, hotel, food, beer, mate's tip), the 6 of us spend closeabout $400 each, sometimes more. One boat we take is now $1,900/day, OUCH!
