Default "Sierra Reloading Manual"

I just received my "Sierra Rifle Handgun Reloading Data Edition V" manual. It does not show any BC or SD figures, or ballistic tables. I guess one has to purchase the Ballistic Soft Wear to obtain that information. I hate when I am forced to purchase something. It's going back tomorrow. Good luck.

Hornady smordy. Screw those guys.

I called once to see if they could help give me a quick load over the phone for a 44 mag and thier 240gr XTP. Stupid B on the phone treated me like a piece of crap and told me I had to buy the manual. I explained that Sierra gives out advise and Nosler. Even Barnes is more than helpful. Finally she spit out 28gr of H110. Now for you guys that know your 44 mag, you know what would happen with 28gr of H110 behind a 240gr XTP. Needless to say 95% of my reloading space is black and gold/Green.

Briman:

I own the "Hornady Fifth Edition", and use it all the time; it's a good manual. Good luck.

Exactly HDW. You know Sierra is known in my world anyway as very accurate. I don't like thier construction so much but the the reason I buy them is because of thier excellent Tech Support. Therefore, I have bought thier manual, thier CD. Hornady could definately learn a thing or two off them.
