Ok fellas,
Got an Idea. I dont know about you but I have found that I keep entering my "best" loads or "most accurate" loads almost weekly. I wonder if we asked the powers to be if we could get some sort of archive or something where people can click a caliber and see what we've posted as our best loads???? For example there is 2 threads right now on 300 Rum, almost side by side, they could check the archives and be done. Let me know what you think!!

I like the idea. How about a sub-forum where there are only original posts, and replies of just data. Only load data would be posted, no replies to it, arguments, etc, maybe we could get some cooperation from the mods to have one put on top, and see that they can delete any unrelated posts to that thread. A person would start a thread with that caliber ie: ".30-06 loads:, or ".223 loads", or ".300 RUM loads", etc., and people would put their loads in that thread as a reply.
EDIT: Oh, and there should be a liablity thing at the top, to release all liability to the people reading, these loads may not be safe in all rifles, use at your own rist, etc. Although any person that has a brain would be able to cross-reference that load in a book, and be sure it is not completely "off the charts" safety wise.

REALLY good idea.
Think that would be really helpful for all.
It would also be helpful for the "poster" to include as much info as possible.... volocity (chrono'd or not/book speed), rifle, group size, barrel lenth, oal, ect....

Mossy, the only RUM I've used is 151 proof!
Wish I could join you guy's, but the only one
I have in the way of 300's, is .338mag.
Keep the threads comming, cause I read them all.

I think that is a great idea, there used to be an entire website dedicated to it but it is shut down. I only posted a new topic on the 300 RUM because I was asking an entirely different question than the other post.

Great idea!
