got 2 Hornet barrels for the Encores, a 24" sporter and a 26" heavy barrel K-Hornet... either one with 46gr Winchester factory loads will shoot less then 1" @100 yards... with 13gr of Lil-Gun lit off by a cci sm pistol primer under a 40gr V-Max, have shot one hole groups @ 100 yards... with the K-Hornet and 13½ gr of Lil-Gun, CCI SMR BR primers, same results... Lil-Gun has done more for the Hornet than any other powder/primer/bullet in the last 50 years... Try it you'll like it... ya just have to take your time, and watch what you're doing to avoid the little screw ups that collapse shoulders etc...
