Use jacketed data .
Just keep the loads under 1200 FPS and you should get little or no leading.
Just keep lead loads out of Glock guns

Buy a copy of Lyman's cast bullet handbook.

Generally, lead bullets wil generate more pressure than jacketed bullets with the same loads in a handgun, though I'm not sure why this is, so loads are not interchangeable.

why? I have shot thousands of moly coated lead and hard cast bullets out of my glock 21 and 30.

also i dont see the logic in reloading 9mm when you can buy bulk remanufactured jacketed loads for a few tenths of cent more per shot then what it costs to reload. And wolf ammo you just cant reload for that cheap $4.99 for 50 shots, the cheapest i could reload 9mm with jacketed bullets is 6 dollars per 50.

I read a warning letter ( sent to a local police aromerer form Glock) about lead build up in the barrels and causing problems due to the type of rifleing.
Police dep. tend to shoot the cheapest stuff for practice.
I have also read the same warning in several magazines .
Read this about lead ammo in glocks
I have a model 22

9mm Wolf ammo sells at gun shows for $90 to $110 for 1000 rounds so that is what I buy. I have not had any problems with it in my Ruger P89.

I also gave up reloading 9mm several years ago. Winchester Whitebox value packs sell for $10 per 100 at walmart, and slightly better ammo (in my 9mm at least) Fiocchi sells for about $5-6 per 50. I could cast my own and actually reload it cheaper, but it isn't worth my time for the meager savings that I'd get.

Cause glock doesn't have normal rifling, and don't follow the same rules as everyone else. Call em and see what they say about it and come back on here and let us know.

Been a few mishaps with cast and glocks. I won't load cast in mine either.

RE: 9mm ??

with lead bullets you'll achieve a higher than published velocity vs a jacketed bullet because of a lower coefficient of friction for the lead against the barrel.. basically the lead bullet is easier to engrave into the rifling and easier to move down the barrel...
