Looking for recipes for 190 grain Hornady Interlock BTSP in .30-06. Info is slim. Had some info from Hodgdon, but lost it and they won't respond now . . . guess they are too busy? Oh well . . . know I can get good help on here. Thanks for your help.

The Hornady Manual lists 760 as the best powder 41.9 is the starting load with 53.6 being the Max load. IMR 4831 gives the same velocity with The starting load of 46.7 and 55.3 as a max load. The starting loads list 2200 fps velocity with 2700 being the max velocity in this manual. These loads are directly from the Hornady Manual 15th Edition. These loads were developed from a 24 inch barrel. I have never shot this bullet in the 30-06 but have shot thousands of them in the 308. I was using the 190 grain BTHP match buit the same dats would be used. I used them for steel silhouette shooting for about ten years. I also found that they worked very well on deer as well. Develope the load with care. As I said I have never used this data myself.

Hey - thanks alot - knew somebody had to have the info. I like heavy bullets - always have. Have a whole box of these dudes - better get them loaded! Thanks James.
