Try AA2520 powder.....
Most dealers insurance companys refuse to insure a dealer that repackages. In other words buys bulk and re sells in smaller increments...this includes taking returns from customers....Or in other words it's considered an unreasonable risk to buy from anything but a dealer or a recognized wholesaler, when it comes to ammunition or reloading components.
Be careful about trying to buy from random folks on the internet...also shipping (I believe) would also require a Hazmat fee.....
I strongly recommend just changing powders. Win 748 should also work well for you in the .358 Win.

How about Rotumbo from Hodgden? I have been really happy with the Hodgden line-up. I haven't used the Rotumbo yet, my .338 likes 4831sc. But the quality of hodgden is incredable!
They now make a 4 pack of 4oz bottles that they sell for the price of one one pound bottle. Gives you a chance to work on loads and not have a ton of powder that didn't work sitting around!
