I think Bob Dylan is out of the reloading business. Mike Dillon, on the other hand, makes very good equipment.
What press and equipment you buy depends upon your needs. All of the brands listed will load ammunition that is accurate and safe. What cartridges are you going to load? How many rounds per year are you going to load? What is your budget like?
Lee offers good, cost efficient equipment. A Lee press will last you thousands and thousands of rounds, given fairly minor care and maintenance.
RCBS equipment is excellant, and they stand behind their stuff. An RCBS press will last a lifetime.
Dillon is better than both, IME. Top notch equipment and great warrantys as well.
If you are on a strict budget, look at something like the Lee turret press. It will do the job, and allow you to spend more money on reloading components, and those piddleing little things like food and mortgage payments.
If you are looking at loading a fairly small number of rifle cartridges, and money is not a problem, buy the RCBS Rockchucker.
If you are looking at loading for handguns as well as rifles, and might want to start loading in quantity, buy a Dillon 550B or their singlel stage upgradeable press.
