Default Safe M1 Garand load

I'm looking for a good load for my Garand that's safe (under 50,000 cup). I have Hornady 150 gr and 165 gr BTSPs at my disposal and the following powders: IMRs 4350, 4064, 3031, 7828, Hodgdon 4350, 335, 4198 and some Winchester 748.
I also have some Magpro and some Accurate 2230.

just use 7.62x51 nato data, or use mid-level 308 data.

56 grains of imr 4350 under the 165 grain bullets should work well, it does in my browning semi auto

4064 would be the pony I’d pick. I’m not certain there’s a more proven combination out there than Garands with 4064, save maybe Varget and 5.56/223.

I only have one manual that list pressure levels (Modern Handbook of Reloading) . None of the others from Speer, Hornady, Sierra of Dupont list pressures. The manual that does shows that IMR 4350 and 4064 produce pressures above 50,000 CUP. The only powder that doesn't is IMR3031.
After just paying $1200 for a CMP reconditioned Garand I don't want to damage it.

Thanks RR that info works out . H4350 will keep my pressures below the 50,000 CUP level. Hardcast was right on the money. His suggestion of 56 gr of 4350 was right in the middle of the 53 starting and 59 max listed by Hodgdon. Time to head to the loading bench.
