I've had really good results with 230 grain cast round nose bullets from The Bullet Works, propelled by an appropriate charge of Alliant Bullseye powder. I'd have to check my notes to see exactly how much powder I'm dropping in each, but it's an extremely accurate load in several different makes/models of firearms.

I use blue dot in my .45 I'm not at home but I think it's 10.5 grains but don't quote me on that amount until I verify.
