Default 257 Weatherby Data

I just picked up some Ramshot Magnum and RL-25 along with some CCI large rifle primers. Does anyone have any data or recommendations using these powders along with 115 Barnes TSX? I was also interested in the 90 grain GMX bullet as well but I decided not to get them.

Can't help ya much with double based powders, they see very limited use here.

Really you bought powder with out a load from a manual in mind?
that isn't a very good way to buy powder or bullets.

Find some thing in a manual you would like to try and buy according to that data.

Most manuals will list several bullet types and several powders that work with that bullet.

Lol. No, I didn't do that. I guess I'm looking for others that have the same caliber and see what combos they used and what worked for them. I know certain things will work for ones rifle but not another. I just called another store and I am on the way to pick up some H1000 which seems to work well from posts I read and in the Barnes book. The same store said they had same magnum primers so I will pick some of those up since that's what Weatherby uses in all the factory magnum loads.

Barnes #4
Ramshot Magnum start 69-max-74

I do not load 115 tsx but shoot a bunch of the 100 gr TTSX bullets with reloader 22. I have loaded some 90 GMX and was not happy with the groups. I do load some 115 Noslers and if you want I will check my loading records.
