Varmageddon !!!
has anyone shot the 243 varmageddon 55 gr hpts or the tipped with conclusive results , got the savage model 10 varmint in the heavy barrel on the way,it has a 9.25 twist, I do my own reloading for other calibers but new to the 9.25 twist and 243, should be a fun gun to work up loads with I also have the new nosler #7 book , but would like some shooters experience and input befor I start. Thanks fishead

I have used them in a rifle with a 1:9.1 barrel...loaded with 43g of IMR 4985, Rem 9 1/2 primers and Remington Brass...they shot pretty accurately. I did take a couple yotes with them out around 200 yards and they performed flawlessly. It did take several loads before I found the load that shot accurately. They clocked pretty close to 3800 if I remember correctly.
