Do you think this bullet would be ok to shoot in my semi auto 30-06???

Please expound on that a little more as to what you plan on doing. I assume you're talking about reloading ones in your 30-06 that are designed for the 30-30 at lower speeds for good performance. I wouldn't do it if that's what you're talking abut since there are plenty of bullets of the proper design for the 06 without going that route using one that's not really designed for it. You could probably put a reduced powder load to get the speed down to 30-30 levels, but then you defeat the purpose of using the 06 in the first place.
