Smile Your favorite 120gr Barnes TSX 7mm load

So I'd heard good and bad about reloading Barnes TSX bullets. I thought I would give the 120gr a try in my 7mm Rem Mag. What do you think?

groups are awsome, Did you chrono that load. book says 3500+ fps for that load.
I want to know what others think as well, I am going to work on a load for my friends 7 mag and he wants to shoot 120's as well, this will be for deer and hogs.
What do ya'll think about the 120,s Nosler BT's at speeds around 34-3500 fps

What things have you heard about loading TSX's?? I have been loading them for a number of years and nothing bad to say about them.

I can't see your groups site is down but if it shoots well give it a go! I personally used 140 tsx out of my 7mm rem mag for moose and elk with superb results. Deer I prefer the 150NBT, deadly accurate and on game as well.

120BT at 3500 fps wouldn't be my choice for game, I'd lean towards the TSX if he is stuck on the 120's. I used to think speed and light but I'll give up that front end speed for down range performance now.

The heavier jacket(compared to other .284 BT's) on the 120NBT's make them a fine deer/antelope bullet. Just got done butchering my speedgoat taken through the shoulders with them.....minimal meat damage and bullet may still be going.

BTW-My 7RM pushes them to 3475fps via RL19
