Default Point of Impact drastic moves?

Hey guys,

A buddy of mine has a rifle that I've been reloading for. Recently we tried some Nosler Accubond bullets and while he's getting approximately the same accuracy as with Gamekings or other stuff that that we've tried, the point of impact is drastically different than with other cartridges.

Is this common. I would say that the bullet is striking 6" low and 4" to the left of where things normally hit there abouts.

Meaning all the different bullets we shoot hit in different places but the accubonds are way different.

Any body know what may be causing this.

Tom

Ridge Runner is correct. The rifle would have to be rezeroed for the change brought about by changing bullet styles.
