7mm-08 1 in 10 barrel twist

I wonder what bullet would be a better selection for a faster barrel twist
in the 7MM-08

My 7mm-08 with a 9.5 twist handled 140 gr bullets but really liked the 160 gr Sierra spitzer BT...

A 1-10 twist is perfect for 140 gr bullets. It might also like 120 gr too,try and see but I feel the 120 b-tips are too light for deer-violent expansion but MAY blow up on shoulder.
