have a lee loadmaster in 45acp.I am having problems getting enough flareon my cases while geting the powder measure to work right.THe directions are terrible!Any help?

Encorenut Welcome to the board . If I remember right it adjusts by screwing the powder measure in just a little more .Don't quote me I haven't used mine in years but you might try that .about 1/8 turn at the most . You can contact them at Lee Precision on the net for tech help .

To get enouth flare on the case, just screw the die in further. Also if you don't have the die screwed in enough, it won't activate the powder drop fully and you won't get the right amount of powder in the case. Good luck with the Load Master. The only Lee press that I would recommend is the Lee Turret Press with auto index. Less headacres and still capable of 200 rounds of pistol ammo an hour.
