Encore 204 Reloading

I have loaded for dozens of rifles, and never experienced this before.
I measured headspace of factory ammo, my resized brass, and my fireformed brass. My fireformed brass is .015" longer. Thats freakin huge. I know I can setup my die to fix this, but this doesn't seem right.
I heard a rumor once on accurate reloading that encores fireformed brass will be .005" longer than the chamber actually is, because it stretches some in that format. It doesn't make sense to me, but neither does this exceptualluy long headspaced gun. I have struggled with this gun, and have poured alot of money into it. It shoot 1MOA but it is finicky.
Anyone want to wiegh in on this? Encore only however.

Have you been to this website yet? This guy seems to have all the answers as far as Encores are concerned.

Stop misfires, case stretching, and poor accuracy due to excess headspace.
Use our shim system to correct or fine tune headspace with any factory ammo or new brass and to headspace correctly on the rim of rimmed cases.

Is it possible to have the barrel set back a thread or two to correct the problem..Check out
the above site..On the left side you will see info on the encore
